Items Needed












Step 1: Pipe Pre-treatment
1. Cut a 4-inch section of PVC pipe, wearing safety goggles while cutting.
2. Place the three PVC rods in the center to reduce the overall weight; secure them temporarily with tape.
3. Securing the Central Water Pipe with Hot Melt Adhesive.
4. Coat the mold with lubricant to facilitate demolding
Step 2: Pouring Concrete
5. Use an entire 90-pound bag of quick-setting cement for a flower pot tray; a 5-gallon bucket requires only 3/4 of a bag.
6. After pouring in the cement, press down on the top to dislodge any air bubbles; any overflow does not need to be addressed.
7. Add cement to another bucket and pour it to form the foundation at the bottom.
Step 3: Cement Molding and Demolding
8. Sand the surface of the flowerpot tray after it has fully cured.
9. Four days after pouring, tap the bottom of the bucket lightly to remove the mold.
10. Rinse with clean water + sand with sandpaper; apply cement to the surface to restore the texture
11. Apply a high-gloss cement sealer for waterproofing and protection
Step 4: Construction of an Underground Water Storage Tank
12. Dig a 27×28-inch hole and level the ground with a level.
13. Compact the soil at the bottom and lay the pond liner.
14. Lay a base of cinder blocks and wrap the outer edges with rubber tubing and wire mesh to prevent damage.
Step 5: Install the Water Pump
15. Place the pump at the bottom of the pit, cut a hole in the wire mesh, and thread the hose through it.((You can use a nylon cable tie to secure the hose and prevent it from falling off.))
16. Inspect the stability of all stone elements and secure any loose stones.
17. Set up the solar panels and use the knob to adjust the water pump flow to the appropriate level.
Step6: Install the Water Pump
18. Note: Place the 5-gallon cement base upside down to serve as the centerpiece of the landscape.
19. Lay black volcanic rock to cover the bottom filter mesh/water reservoir.
