To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
✅ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
✅ Returns for damaged or defective products must include photos of the issue for verification.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or damaged items (unless due to shipping issues).
- Items without original packaging or missing parts.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3️⃣ Ship the Item
- Because our warehouse addresses are different, you need to contact us and we will tell you the address to which the goods will be returned.
4️⃣ Processing & Refund
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund Method
💳 Original Payment Method – Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
⏳ Processing Time – It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Additional Notes
