Bought this a year ago and it is still working great.
Satisfied but could have had a little bit more power, but it was do able for our small pond
Gives a circular spray about 18-20" high. Great for a pond of 15 feet across. Not sure about the negative reviews. It's a solar powered pond fountain - of course it doesn't work in the shade! Just plug the cable into the panel and it goes.
I have a 500 gallon koi pond and works well. Moves water through the whole area and really adds to the look. Highly recommend.
But will it hurt it if it tiped over on the side and dose it only work when suns hitting it n not at night?
I love that this pump uses solar energy so I don't have to worry about running a cord to it. It was super easy to set up in our koi pond and filters the water as described. The fountain looks beautiful and really adds to the ambience of our koi pond.
We have an outdoor pond and needed good filter to keep it clean and flowing, but don't want the cost of getting an electrician to run wires to it- this POPOSOAP 55W Solar Pond Filter Kit with fountain pump just met my needs. The 55W of power solar panel provide enough power to make for vigorous pumping action. I'm using it for a small waterfall along with the fountain and it has adequate pressure for both. Water looks very clear. I can actually see the gold fish in the pond now. Easy to assemble just took 5’min. Highly recommend it.
